How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@zturnsgo.com and include your full name, the service purchased, and the reason for the request.

Non-refundable once any component has commenced. Due to the integrated nature and discounted pricing of bundled packages, the entire package fee becomes non-refundable once any single service within the bundle (e.g., the first Mandarin class, the project kickoff for the audit) has started. |

- Non-transferable: All services and any associated fees are non-transferable.
- Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original method of payment.
- Discretion: Z TURNS reserves the right to evaluate all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may, in its sole discretion, grant a refund or credit in situations not covered by this policy.
