  • Payment: All payments shall be made through Stripe. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order.
  • Subscriptions: Services such as the "Brand Accelerator" and "AI Advisor Retainer" are billed on a recurring, subscription basis. Your payment method will be charged automatically in advance of each service period (e.g., monthly). You may cancel your subscription at any time, which will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the site for any purpose other than that for which we make the site available. As a user, you agree not to:

  • Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the website or the networks or services connected to the site.
  • Attempt to impersonate another user or person.

6. Term and Termination

These Terms of Service shall remain in full force and effect while you use the site or are a client. 9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and your use of the site and services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts located in Shanghai, China, and the Parties hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such courts.
